Having arrived at the ferry terminal so early, our car did get pole position on the ferry !
Finally, here are a few images taken from the deck of the ferry as we made the 65 minute crossing. The weather was starting to turn and the wind outside on the deck was absolutely freezing, so thanks David for taking these while I huddled in a corner out of the breeze.
